7 day promise

All Discount Electricals customers have the right to return any product for a full refund excluding the carriage costs both ways. So that we can abide by this rule we must be notified within the first 7 days and all products must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them including all accessories and original packaging, or only a credit note will be issued. (This does not affect you statutory rights)

All products bought from Discount-Electricals are guaranteed for 12 months.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty within our 12 month guaranteed period please call our customer services helpline 0871-222-5199 and we will deal with your problem immediately.

1. We will either arrange for the goods to be picked up and repaired or exchanged.

2. You can send the goods back to us for repair or exchange.

If the item cannot be repaired and we have no direct replacement a better model will be offered or a refund.
However if no fault is found the cost of carriage both ways will be charged to you.

Payment

All orders will be paid in full by the customer before goods are dispatched.
Goods can be paid by the following:

• Credit/Debit cards through are secure server.

• Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Visa

Also by sending us a cheque or postal order to the following address
Please allow up to 10 days extra delivery time as we have to wait for funds to clear.

Nationwide Delivery

Goods will only be delivered to mainland UK addresses after the order being confirmed. Customers must report any damaged goods or any shortages to ourselves within 7 days and also state it on the carrier's delivery note. Failure to do this may hinder any chance of a full refund. Please note that we endevour to deliver items as soon as possible.
