The following terms and conditions are related to transactions on Discount-Electricals. On making an order this automatically means that you have agreed to all our terms and conditions. Please read carefully, you may wish to print these off for future reference.
7 day promise
All Discount Electricals customers
have the right to return any product for a full refund excluding the carriage
costs both ways. So that we can abide by this rule we must be notified within
the first 7 days and all products must be returned to us in the same condition
as you received them including all accessories and original packaging, or only
a credit note will be issued. (This does not affect you statutory rights)
All products bought from Discount-Electricals are
guaranteed for 12 months.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty within our 12 month guaranteed period please call our customer services helpline 0871-222-5199 and we will deal with your problem immediately.
We will either arrange for the goods to be picked up and repaired or exchanged.
You can send the goods back to us for repair or exchange.
If the item cannot be repaired and we have no direct replacement
a better model will be offered or a refund.
However if no fault is found the cost
of carriage both ways will be charged to you.
Goods will only be delivered to mainland UK addresses after the order being confirmed. Customers must report any damaged goods or any shortages to ourselves within 7 days and also state it on the carrier's delivery note. Failure to do this may hinder any chance of a full refund. Please note that we endevour to deliver items as soon as possible.
All orders will be paid in
full by the customer before goods are dispatched.

Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Visa
Also by sending us a cheque or postal order to the following

Please allow
up to 10 days extra delivery time as we have to wait for funds to
clear.
All stocks are subject to availability. If for some reason we are out of stock of the item that has been ordered we will issue a refund for the item immediately.
Description of goods and prices
Discount-Electricals do try their hardest to give the right information on all products; however errors can occur, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy to 100% of our information.
Typing errors
In the event of a typing error with regards to price, carriage or VAT, Discount-Electricals have the right to cancel or refuse an order even though an order has been confirmed. If funds have been taken from your credit card we will refund your card without hesitation.
Quoted Retail Prices
Discount-Electricals check retail prices every single day to make sure we are at least 30% cheaper. Competitors retail prices are taken from the HIGH STREET.
Unless otherwise stated, all goods are sold for the exclusive use with the UK domestic electricity supply system and as such are designed to meet UK electrical standards, i.e. 220/240V 50 Hz AC. The goods are not certified for connection to any other electrical system or specification unless explicitly stated.
